The MBRB20H100CTT4G from ON Semiconductor is a Schottky diode array featuring two 10A, 100V rectifiers in a common cathode configuration. Designed for switch-mode power rectification, it offers low forward voltage (0.77V max at 10A) and high efficiency. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 250A and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
