The On Semiconductor MBRB20200CT is a dual Schottky rectifier designed for high-frequency switching power supplies and converters. It features Schottky Barrier technology with a platinum barrier metal, providing 200V blocking voltage and improved performance at frequencies from 250 kHz to 5.0 MHz.
This device offers a low forward voltage drop and a guardring for stress protection and high dv/dt capability. The dual diode construction requires terminals 1 and 3 to be connected for parallel operation at full rating. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, with the SBRB prefix indicating suitability for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements.
The MBRB20200CT is housed in a Pb-Free epoxy molded D2PAK surface mount package (TO-263-3, D²Pak). The package meets UL 94 V-0 standards.
