The MBRB20200CT-13 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general commercial applications. It offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and a total average rectified output current of 20A (10A per leg). The forward voltage drop is low at 0.89V maximum at 10A and 25°C, reducing power dissipation. The device features guard ring die construction for transient protection and a high surge current capability of 170A (8.3ms half sine-wave).
