The MBRB20100CTT4G is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from ON Semiconductor, featuring two diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications.
Key electrical ratings include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100 V, an average rectified forward current of 10 A per leg (20 A total), and a typical forward voltage drop of 850 mV at 10 A. The device can withstand non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150 A and features a high dv/dt capability of 10000 V/µs. The operating junction temperature ranges from -65°C to 175°C, and ESD ratings exceed 400 V (Machine Model) and 8000 V (Human Body Model).
Packaged in a surface mount D²PAK (TO-263) case, the device weighs approximately 1.4 g and meets MSL 1 requirements. The epoxy case is UL 94 V-0 rated, and the terminals are readily solderable. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
Typical applications include output rectification in switch-mode power supplies, polarity protection, OR-ing diodes, and freewheeling diodes. The common cathode configuration simplifies PCB layout for center-tap designs.
