The MBRB20100CT is a 20A, 100V Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for commercial applications such as polarity protection, freewheeling, and switching diodes. It consists of two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10A average rectified current with a total output of 20A.
The device features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 100V, a low forward voltage drop of 840mV at 10A, and a reverse leakage current of 0.1mA at 100V. It incorporates guard ring die construction for transient protection and offers high surge current capability. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C.
The MBRB20100CT is supplied in a surface-mount D2PAK (TO-263AB) package with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe terminals.
