The MBRB1530CT-T is a 15A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier array from Diodes Incorporated. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified output current of 15A at TC=105°C.
Key electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 700mV at 7.5A, a fast reverse recovery time of 30ns, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 150A.
