The Vishay Dale MBRB1045 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a maximum average forward rectified current of 10A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 45V.
This rectifier offers a low forward voltage drop, with a maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 0.57V at 10A and 25°C. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, and it has a storage temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The peak forward surge current is 150A for 8.3 ms.
The MBRB1045 is packaged in a TO-263AB (D²Pak) surface mount case. Its terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD22-B102. The epoxy meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating.
