The MBRAF3200T3G is a Schottky power rectifier from On Semiconductor designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified current of 3A at TL = 100°C. The forward voltage drop is 840 mV at 3A, enabling efficient operation. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 100A.
The rectifier is housed in a compact surface mount DO-221AC package with SMA flat leads and J-bend terminations, suitable for automated handling. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to lead is 25°C/W, and junction to ambient is 90°C/W on a standard FR4 board.
The device is Pb-Free and the epoxy molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is ideally suited for free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in space-constrained power systems.
