The MBR745G is a Schottky barrier rectifier from On Semiconductor designed for switch-mode power supply applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 7.5A. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A. Forward voltage is typically 0.48V at 7.5A and 125°C, dropping to 0.61V at 15A. Reverse current is typically 10mA at rated voltage and 125°C.
