The MBR745 is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for switch-mode power supply output rectification and power management applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 7.5A.
Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 840 mV maximum at 15A and 25°C, and 720 mV maximum at 15A and 125°C. Reverse leakage current is 100 µA maximum at rated DC voltage and 25°C. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of 150A and has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
