The MBR735G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for switch-mode power supply applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 35V and an average rectified forward current of 7.5A. The device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.84V maximum at 15A and 25°C, contributing to high efficiency and reduced power loss.
This rectifier is capable of handling non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A, making it suitable for demanding power management and instrumentation circuits. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum thermal resistance of 3.0°C/W from junction to case.
The MBR735G is housed in a TO-220-2 through-hole package, which provides robust mechanical mounting and efficient heat dissipation. The case is made of epoxy molded material meeting UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The leads are corrosion resistant and solderable. The device is available in Pb-free finish.
