It is housed in a surface-mount SO-8 FL (Flat Lead) package, also known as 5-DFN (5x6) (8-SOFL), with a lead finish of 100% matte tin. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 175°C. This part is discontinued and not recommended for new designs.
