The MBR40250G is a switch-mode Schottky power rectifier from On Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 250V and an average rectified forward current of 40A at a case temperature of 82°C.
This device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.86V at 20A and 25°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 35ns, which reduces switching losses and minimizes the need for EMI filtering. The Schottky technology provides stable switching performance over temperature.
