The MBR360RLG is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 3A.
The forward voltage is typically 0.600V at 1A and 0.740V at 3A, with a maximum of 1.080V at 9.4A. Reverse current is 0.6mA at 25°C and 20mA at 100°C. The non-repetitive peak surge current rating is 80A.
The device is housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It has a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 28°C/W and an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The lead temperature for soldering is 260°C for 10 seconds.
Common applications include use as rectifiers in low-voltage inverters, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes. The part is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
