The MBR360 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from On Semiconductor designed for low-voltage, high-frequency circuits. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 3A at TA=65°C.
The forward voltage is typically low: 0.6V at 1A, 0.74V at 3A, and 1.08V at 9.4A (surge condition). The reverse leakage current is 0.6mA at 25°C and 20mA at 100°C. Non-repetitive peak surge current is rated at 80A.
The device is housed in a through-hole DO-201AD (axial lead) package with a weight of approximately 1.1g. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, and the junction-to-ambient thermal resistance is 28°C/W. Its oxide passivated junction provides high stability and low stored charge, making it suitable for freewheeling diodes, polarity protection, and inverters.
