The MBR360 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 3.0A.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 0.600V at 1A and 0.740V at 3A, ensuring low power loss. The non-repetitive peak surge current is 80A. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
The diode is available in a DO-201AA, DO-27, or axial leaded through-hole package. The case is epoxy molded, weighs approximately 1.1g, and leads are readily solderable.
