The MBR3100G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from onsemi designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 3.0A when mounted on a PCB at 100°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A (60 Hz half-wave).
This diode employs Schottky barrier technology with epitaxial construction, oxide passivation, and metal overlap contact for low forward voltage (typically 790 mV at 3A) and fast switching. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 28°C/W per specified mounting method.
The MBR3100G is supplied in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial lead package, through-hole mountable. It is Pb-Free (G suffix) and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include low-voltage inverters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits.
The maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) is 100V.
The average rectified forward current is 3.0A at TA=100°C when mounted on a PCB per Note 3.
Typical forward voltage is 790 mV at 3A forward current.
It is available in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial lead through-hole package.
The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
Yes, the MBR3100G is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
