The MBR30H30CTG is a Schottky barrier rectifier array from onsemi, configured as a 1 pair common cathode with a total current rating of 30A (15A per diode leg). It is designed for switch-mode power supply output rectification, power management, and instrumentation applications. The device offers a low forward voltage drop of 480 mV maximum at 15A, minimizing power loss and improving efficiency. With a reverse voltage rating of 30V and a fast recovery time of less than 500 ns, it is suitable for high-frequency switching. The part also features a high surge capacity of 260A nonrepetitive peak, controlled avalanche energy of 250 mJ, and ESD protection exceeding 8000 V HBM and 400 V MM. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The MBR30H30CTG is housed in a through-hole TO-220-3 package and is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant per the datasheet.
