The MBR30H100CTG is a 100V, 30A dual common cathode Schottky barrier rectifier array manufactured by On Semiconductor. The device is designed for high-efficiency power supply output rectification, offering a low forward voltage of 0.76V typical at 15A and 25°C which decreases to 0.64V typical at 125°C. With an average rectified forward current of 15A per diode leg (30A total per device), it handles nonrepetitive peak surge currents up to 250A and has a controlled avalanche energy rating of 200mJ. The device operates at a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and has an ESD rating of 3B (HBM) and C (Machine Model). Packaged in a through-hole TO-220-3 case, it weighs 1.9 grams and is molded in epoxy with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The leads are corrosion-resistant and solderable, with a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C for 10 seconds. The part is lead-free (Pb-Free) as verified by the datasheet.
