The MBR30H100CTF-G1 is a high voltage dual Schottky rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a common cathode configuration with two 15A diodes, providing a total average rectified current of 30A. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and has a low forward voltage of 0.8V at 15A and 25°C. The maximum reverse leakage current is 4.5 mA at 100V.
