The MBR3045CT is a Schottky rectifier array manufactured by SMC Diode Solutions. It consists of two 15A Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, providing a total average forward current of 30A per device. The device is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and offers low forward voltage drop of 0.66V typical at 15A and 25°C.
This rectifier array is designed for high-frequency operation in switching power supplies, converters, and free-wheeling diode applications. The Schottky technology enables fast switching with reverse recovery times less than 500ns and high surge current capability of 240A per leg. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The MBR3045CT is packaged in a through-hole TO-220AB case with 100% pure tin terminal finish. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is typically 2.0°C/W. The device is lead-free (Pb-Free) and available in tube packaging with 50 units per tube.
