The Vishay Dale MBR2545CT-E3/45 is a dual common cathode Schottky rectifier diode array designed for high-frequency applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 45V and an average forward rectified current of 25A at 130°C.
This diode array boasts a low forward voltage drop of 0.73V at 30A and a high forward surge capability of 150A. The operating junction temperature range is from -65°C to 150°C, making it suitable for demanding environments. The device comes in a TO-220AB or ITO-220AB package with through-hole mounting.
