The MBR20H150CTG is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array from onsemi, designed for switch-mode power supply applications. It features a 1 pair common cathode configuration with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and a total average rectified forward current of 20A (10A per leg). The forward voltage is typically 0.68V at 10A, enabling low power loss and high efficiency. The device offers a nonrepetitive peak surge current capability of 180A and an operating junction temperature range of -20°C to +150°C.
