The MBR2060CT is a Schottky rectifier array from SMC Diode Solutions, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It contains two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10A average forward current (20A total per device). The device offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and a low forward voltage drop of 0.66V typical at 10A and 25°C.
This rectifier is suitable for switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. It features fast switching with a speed rating of ≤500ns and >200mA, and can operate over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The device includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long-term reliability.
The MBR2060CT is housed in a TO-220AB through-hole package, making it easy to mount on a heatsink. It is lead-free (Pb-Free) and comes in tube packaging with 50 pieces per tube.
