The MBR2045EMFST3G from onsemi is a state-of-the-art Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 20A at a case temperature of 130°C. The device exhibits a low typical forward voltage of 640 mV at 20A, contributing to reduced power loss.
This rectifier is housed in a compact 5-DFN (SO-8FL) surface mount package, also designated as 8-PowerTDFN with 5 leads. The package supports board mounting inspection and probing, and features wettable flanks. The lead finish is 100% matte tin (Sn), and the device meets MSL 1 (unlimited) moisture sensitivity requirements.
