The MBR2045CT is a Schottky barrier rectifier array designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 10 A average rectified current, providing a total of 20 A. With a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45 V, it is suitable for low-voltage, high-current applications. The device exhibits low forward voltage: typical 710 mV at 20 A and 25°C, and maximum 840 mV at the same condition. It can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150 A. The junction temperature range is -65°C to 175°C, and the device is RoHS compliant and Pb-Free. The TO-220AB case (3 pins, through-hole) offers excellent thermal performance with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.0°C/W. Typical applications include power supply output rectification, power management, and instrumentation. The fast recovery speed (≤500 ns) makes it suitable for switching power supplies up to 20 kHz. ESD ratings are Human Body Model 3B and Machine Model C.
