The MBR20100CTG is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for switch-mode power supply applications. It contains two common-cathode Schottky diodes rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 10A per leg (20A total). The device exhibits a maximum forward voltage of 0.85V at 10A and 25°C, and 0.95V at 20A, enabling high efficiency in power conversion circuits.
This diode array features a fast recovery time of less than 500ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
