The MBR160RL is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits.
This diode has a maximum average rectified forward current of 1A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage rating of 50V. Its Schottky technology provides low power loss and high efficiency, with a typical forward voltage of 750mV at 1A. The operating and storage junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
The MBR160RL is housed in an axial lead package (DO-204AL, DO-41) and is designed for Through Hole mounting. Its construction features an epoxy, molded case with corrosion-resistant surfaces and readily solderable leads, with a lead temperature for soldering up to 260°C max for 10 seconds.
