The MBR1545CT is a Schottky barrier rectifier array configured as a 1 pair common cathode. It is rated for a maximum DC blocking voltage of 45 V and an average rectified forward current of 15 A total (7.5 A per diode leg). The device features a low forward voltage of 0.47 V typical at 7.5 A and 125°C, which minimizes power loss and improves efficiency.
This rectifier array is designed for switch-mode power supply applications, including output rectification, freewheeling diodes, and power management. It offers high surge capacity with a non-repetitive peak surge current of 150 A. The junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, supporting demanding thermal environments.
