The MBR130LSFT1G is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency rectification. It uses the Schottky Barrier principle with a large area metal-to-silicon power diode. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V and an average rectified current of 1 A at a lead temperature of 117°C. It features a typical forward voltage of 380 mV at 1 A and a fast reverse recovery time of less than 500 ns.
This rectifier is housed in a compact surface mount SOD-123FL package, which is designed for optimal automated board assembly. The package has a weight of 11.7 mg and is rated for a maximum soldering temperature of 260°C for 10 seconds. The device is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, and it meets MSL 1 requirements for moisture sensitivity.
Typical applications include AC-DC and DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, and OR-ing of multiple supply voltages. It is also suitable for use in portable and battery-powered products such as cellular phones, chargers, notebook computers, and PDAs.
