The MBR1100G is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 1A. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 50A at 60Hz. With a forward voltage drop of 790 mV at 1A, it offers low power loss and high efficiency. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C. The diode is housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include free-wheeling diodes, polarity protection, and inverters.
