The MBR1045 is a 45V, 10A Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high efficiency power supply output rectification, power management, and instrumentation applications. It utilizes Schottky technology to achieve low forward voltage drop, reducing power loss and improving thermal performance.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 45V, average rectified forward current of 10A, and a forward voltage of 0.84V maximum at 20A (25°C). The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A and operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 2.0°C/W, facilitating efficient heat dissipation.
The MBR1045 is packaged in a through-hole TO-220-2 case with epoxy molding that meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is available in Pb-free option and is RoHS3 compliant. The device is ESD rated (Human Body Model 3B, Machine Model C) and supports lead soldering temperatures up to 260°C for 10 seconds.
