The MBR1045 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for power supply output rectification, power management, and instrumentation applications. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 10A. The forward voltage is typically 0.55V at 10A and 125°C, and 0.78V at 20A and 25°C. The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 150A. The diode is housed in a TO-220-2 through-hole package with a TO-220AC supplier device package. It has an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and a thermal resistance of 2.0°C/W from junction to case. The part is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and has a Pb-Free option available. It is ESD rated HBM 3B and MM C. Standard packaging is 50 pieces per tube.
