The MBR1035G is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier from ON Semiconductor, designed for high-efficiency power rectification. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 35 V and an average rectified forward current of 10 A, making it suitable for power supply output stages and power management applications.
The device features a low forward voltage drop, typically 0.55 V at 10 A and 125°C, which minimizes power loss and improves efficiency.
