The MBR1035 is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high efficiency power conversion. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 35V and an average rectified forward current of 10A. The device offers a low forward voltage of 0.55V typical at 10A and 125°C, with a maximum of 0.57V. At 20A and 125°C, the forward voltage is 0.67V typical and 0.72V maximum. The non-repetitive peak surge current is 150A.
The rectifier is rated for operating junction temperatures from -65°C to 175°C and has a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.0°C/W maximum. It is housed in a TO-220-2 through-hole package with epoxy case meeting UL94 V-0. The leads are corrosion resistant and solderable. ESD ratings are Human Body Model 3B and Machine Model C. Pb-free packages are available.
Typical applications include power supply output rectification, power management, and instrumentation. The part is supplied in tube packaging with 50 units per rail.
