The MBR10100 from ON Semiconductor is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode with a maximum reverse voltage rating of 100V. It is designed for high-efficiency power applications, offering low forward voltage drop and high surge capacity.
This diode features a guard ring for stress protection and operates over a wide junction temperature range of -65°C to 175°C. The epoxy molding meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. Its fast recovery time of less than 500ns and low stored charge contribute to low power loss and high efficiency in switching applications.
Packaged in a TO-220-2 through-hole configuration, the MBR10100 is suitable for various power management circuits. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive and other demanding applications. It also features a Pb-free package.
