The MBR10100 is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 10A at a case temperature of 105°C with a 50% duty cycle rectangular waveform.
The device features a low forward voltage drop of 0.85V at 10A and 25°C, and 0.70V at 125°C, which minimizes conduction losses. Reverse leakage current is typically 1mA at 25°C and 6mA at 125°C at rated reverse voltage. The diode can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 150A (8.3ms half-sine pulse), making it robust for transient conditions.
The MBR10100 is housed in a TO-220AC through-hole package, which provides excellent thermal performance with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.0°C/W.
