The MBR0520LT3G is a Schottky power rectifier diode from ON Semiconductor. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and an average rectified current of 500mA. The device features a very low forward voltage drop of 0.38V maximum at 0.5A and 25°C, making it suitable for low voltage, high frequency rectification and polarity protection. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, suitable for automotive applications. The diode is packaged in a surface mount SOD-123 package, which is designed for optimal automated board assembly. It is Pb-free and RoHS3 compliant. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 125°C, with a storage temperature range up to 150°C. The device also features high ESD ratings: >8000V HBM (Class 3B) and >400V MM (Class C). It is available in tape and reel packaging with 10,000 pieces per reel.
