Thermal characteristics include a power dissipation of 1.4W, junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 85°C/W, and junction-to-lead thermal resistance of 20°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The forward voltage is 1.0V maximum at 0.5A, and reverse leakage is 5µA at 25°C and 0.5mA at 125°C.
