This mixer operates within an RF frequency range of 815MHz to 995MHz and an LO frequency range of 960MHz to 1180MHz, making it suitable for high-side LO injection receiver architectures. It features integrated components including a double-balanced passive mixer core, an IF amplifier, a dual-input LO selectable switch, and an LO buffer. On-chip baluns allow for single-ended RF and LO inputs.

 

The device requires a nominal LO drive of 0dBm and has a maximum supply current of 265mA. It is available in a compact 20-pin, 5mm x 5mm QFN package with an exposed paddle, suitable for surface mounting. Electrical performance is guaranteed over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
