The MAX962EUA-T is a dual, ultra-high-speed comparator designed for single +3V or +5V operation. It features a fast 4.5ns propagation delay with 5mV overdrive and includes 3.5mV of internal hysteresis for clean switching.
The input common-mode range extends 100mV Beyond-the-Rails™, and the outputs are TTL/CMOS-compatible. The device consumes a low supply current of 5mA per comparator.
