The MAX9376EUB+T from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated) is a fully differential, high-speed dual translator. It supports signal rates up to 2GHz, making it suitable for various high-speed network routing and backplane applications.
This device features one LVDS/anything-to-LVPECL translator channel and one LVDS/anything-to-LVDS translator channel. It accepts any differential input signal with a minimum amplitude of 100mV and is compatible with LVDS, LVPECL, HSTL, and CML standards. The MAX9376EUB+T boasts a guaranteed 2GHz switching frequency, low propagation delays of 421ps (typical), and 30ps pulse skew.
Available in a 10-pin µMAX package, the MAX9376EUB+T operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its LVPECL outputs can drive 50Ω transmission lines, and its LVDS outputs conform to the ANSI EIA/TIA-644 standard. The device also offers >2kV ESD protection (Human Body Model).
Key applications include backplane logic standard translation, LVDS-to-LVPECL up/downconverters, LANs, WANs, DSLAMs, and DLCs.
