The MAX9203ESA+ is a high-speed, low-power, single comparator with a TTL logic output and active internal pullups. It features a fast propagation delay of 7ns (typical at 5mV overdrive), making it suitable for applications such as fast A/D converters, sampling circuits, line receivers, and V/F converters.
This comparator can be powered from separate analog and digital supplies or a single combined supply. The analog input common-mode range includes the negative rail, enabling ground sensing when powered from a single supply. The MAX9203 consumes only 9mW per comparator when powered from a +5V supply.
