The MAX9202ESD+ is a high-speed, low-power dual voltage comparator with TTL logic outputs and active internal pullups. It features a fast propagation delay of 7ns (typical at 5mV overdrive), making it suitable for applications such as fast A/D converters, sampling circuits, line receivers, and V/F converters.
This comparator consumes only 9mW per comparator when powered from a +5V supply. It supports separate analog and digital power supplies or a single combined supply. The analog input common-mode range includes the negative rail, enabling ground sensing when powered from a single supply. The MAX9202/MAX9203 series includes output latches with TTL-compatible inputs, allowing the comparator output states to be held when latch inputs are driven low.
The MAX9202ESD+ is available in a space-saving 14-SOIC package. Its operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The device offers TTL-compatible outputs and latch inputs, with typical CMRR and PSRR of 86.02dB. It is designed for various data discrimination and signal restoration applications.
