MAX9150EUI+T

The MAX9150EUI+T is a low-jitter, 10-port LVDS repeater from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated, engineered for efficient high-speed data or clock distribution. It accepts a single LVDS input and provides 10 LVDS outputs, driving each differential output into a 50Ω load. This configuration allows for point-to-point signal distribution on transmission lines with 100Ω terminations.

Key electrical characteristics include an ultra-low 120ps (max) peak-to-peak jitter, ensuring reliable communication in timing-sensitive applications. It supports a guaranteed 400Mbps data rate with less than 100ps skew between channels. The device operates from a single +3.3V supply (3V to 3.6V range) and consumes a maximum of 130mA at 400Mbps. A low-power shutdown mode reduces consumption to 60µA (max).

The MAX9150EUI+T conforms to the EIA/TIA-644 LVDS standard and features a fail-safe circuit that sets outputs high when the input is undriven, open, terminated, or shorted. It is available in a 28-pin TSSOP surface-mount package, suitable for applications such as cellular phone base stations, digital crossconnects, and backplane interconnects.
