MAX9110ESA+T

The MAX9110ESA+T is a single low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) transmitter designed for high-speed applications requiring minimal power consumption, space, and noise. It supports switching rates exceeding 500Mbps while operating from a single +3.3V supply. This device features ultra-low 250ps (max) pulse skew, making it suitable for high-resolution imaging applications such as laser printers and digital copiers.

Conforming to the EIA/TIA-644 LVDS standard, the MAX9110ESA+T accepts LVTTL/CMOS inputs and translates them to low-voltage (350mV) differential outputs, minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and power dissipation. It utilizes a current-steering output stage for efficient power consumption, even at high data rates. The typical power dissipation is 22mW at 3.3V.

Available in a space-saving 8-pin SOIC package, this transmitter is ideal for applications including laser printers, digital copiers, cellular phone base stations, telecom switching equipment, network switches/routers, LCD displays, backplane interconnects, and clock distribution. The flow-through pinout simplifies PC board layout, and the driver outputs remain high impedance when powered off.
