The MAX907CSA is a dual-channel, high-speed voltage comparator designed for single +5V supply operation. It offers a propagation delay of 40ns with 5mV input overdrive and consumes only 700µA per comparator. The wide input common-mode range extends to within 1.5V of the positive supply rail.
This comparator features TTL-compatible outputs that do not require external pullup circuitry. All inputs and outputs are protected against continuous shorting to either supply rail. Internal hysteresis ensures clean output switching even with slow-moving input signals.
