The MAX8740ETB+T is a step-up DC-DC converter from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated, engineered to provide a regulated supply voltage for active-matrix TFT LCDs. It features current-mode, fixed-frequency PWM circuitry with a built-in n-channel power MOSFET, achieving high efficiency up to 90% and fast transient response.
