The LDO section can sink or source up to 1.5A continuous current and includes features for tracking the REFIN voltage.

 

This device is available in a compact 28-WFQFN exposed pad package, measuring 5mm x 5mm. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is suitable for surface mount applications. The MAX8632ETI+T also includes independent shutdown and standby controls, overvoltage/undervoltage protection, and a power-good window comparator, making it ideal for flexible sequencing and standby power management in DDR memory systems.
