The MAX811LEUS-T is a low-power microprocessor supervisory circuit from Maxim Integrated, designed to monitor power supplies in microprocessor and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments for 5V or 3V powered circuits. The device asserts a reset signal when the VCC supply voltage falls below a preset threshold, maintaining it for at least 140ms after VCC rises above the threshold.
Key features include precision monitoring of 3V, 3.3V, and 5V power-supply voltages, a minimum power-on reset pulse width of 140ms, and immunity to power-supply transients. The MAX811 has an active-low RESET output, guaranteed to be valid down to 1V VCC. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and consumes a low supply current of 6μA.
